Cancellation Policy
Plan Policy By booking, enrolling, or attending any class, program, grading, private lesson, event, or free trial, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Risk & Liability Martial arts, kickboxing, Muay Thai, sparring, self-defence, fitness training, and related activities involve inherent risks, including strains, sprains, bruising, fractures, falls, concussion, accidental head contact, joint injuries, dehydration, and aggravation of existing medical conditions. You participate at your own risk and release Xtreme B-Force Martial Arts, Team B Force Pty Ltd, its directors, instructors, staff, volunteers, and representatives from liability for any injury, loss, damage, or death to the fullest extent permitted by Australian law. Membership Cancellation A minimum of 4 weeks' written notice is required to cancel a membership. Membership fees remain payable during the notice period, even if you choose not to attend classes. Memberships cannot be cancelled retrospectively. Payments Membership fees must be paid on time. All payments are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law. Failed payments may incur processing or administration fees. Classes, Programs & Gradings Enrolments are for the full program or event booked. Missed classes, gradings, seminars, or events are not refundable or transferable. Make-up classes may be offered at management's discretion but are not guaranteed. Medical & Safety Participants must disclose any injury or medical condition that may affect safe participation in writing. Injuries sustained during training must be reported immediately. Medical clearance may be required before returning to training. Photography Photos and videos may be taken during classes and events for promotional purposes/social media. By participating, you consent to their use unless written notice is provided beforehand. Timetable & Conduct Class times and instructors may change, including during school holidays and public holidays. Participants must behave respectfully, wear the correct uniform and protective equipment where required, and follow instructor directions. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a membership for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
